The Covid pandemic and subsequent lockdown has doubtlessly changed the way we work forever.

The widespread (and very necessary) switch to remote working has likely accelerated the move to more flexible hybrid working for many firms, with previously-reluctant employers and employees being introduced to the benefits of the home office, and the collaboration tools that make efficient home working possible.

This exclusive infographic, produced in collaboration with our partners at SmartBrief, shows just how attitudes have changed. We surveyed over 1,200 US-based professionals, including workers, managers, and executives, with a 50-50 split between male and female respondents, to find out exactly how the pandemic and lockdown have changed attitudes towards work.
