Samsung's latest smart monitor is a flexible piece of tech that lets you work on documents, take video calls and stream your favorite content. Sporting an ultra-slim flat back design, the M8 smart monitor looks sleek and packs a ton of features that make it ideal for those working from home.

The 32-inch monitor was first announced back in CES 2022 and supports a slew of smart features. There's support for voice assistants like Alexa and Bixby as well as Samsung DeX as expected and the ability to wireless access PCs for remote working.

You also get built-in productivity apps including a web browser, video calling, wireless file transfer, a USB-C port for 65W charging and access to Samsung's Smart Hub, which lets you control smart devices around the home and lets you mirror PC and smartphone displays.

The display panel is a VA panel with UHD resolution, support for HDR 10+ and 60Hz refresh rate with 4ms response time, which is not ideal for gaming but should be alright for work and watching TV shows. It provides a 99% sRGB coverage and peaks at 400nits for brightness.

It also comes with support for major streaming services out of the box letting you enjoy content from the likes of Apple TV+, Netflix, Amazon Prime directly over Wi-Fi. You get a remote control bundled in too, which is a nice touch.

Also bundled in is a movable SlimFit web cam that you attach magnetically atop the monitor and easily maneuver to get the perfect angle.

The M8 smart monitor is available for AED 2,499 and can be purchased across Samsung brand stores, Samsung.com and major retailers in the UAE.
