Huawei has officially announced the Nova 5T for the UAE, which comes with a striking design and high-end features which include four AI-enabled cameras on the back and a 32MP selfie camera poking through the ‘hole punch’/pinhole.
Huawei has priced the Nova 5T at AED 1,599 which is 200 Dirhams cheaper than the Nova 4 and it will be available in the UAE in three colors- the stunning new Midsummer Purple and the returning Black and Crush Blue. Pre-orders start on the 22nd of October with the phone hitting retail shelves on the 31st of October.
HUAWEI is also offering a one-year screen damage warranty for an extra AED 69 for a one time replacement as well as a one-year extended warranty for an additional AED 99.
Although the phone is priced affordable at AED 1599, the Nova 5T packs high-end features such as the Kirin 980 processor, 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. It also comes with four AI-equipped cameras which include the primary 48MP HD lens, 16MP wide-angle lens, 2MP macro lens, and 2MP bokeh lens. The front sports a 32MP selfie camera.
About the only middling feature is the screen which is a 6.4-inch 1080p (2310 x 1080, 398 ppi) LCD screen. However that screen will help in getting good battery life out of the 3,750mAh battery. According to Huawei, the Nova 5T can charge 50% in half an hour.
The Nova 5T will come with Huawei's EMUI 9.1 interface which is based on Android 9 Pie and support all Google services.for gamers, it also comes with the GPU Turbo option.
